1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service govern access to this site and the purchase of products from Catalyst Research Labs. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Research use only
All products are for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use, nor for diagnostics or therapeutics. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
3. Eligibility
The catalog is available only to qualified buyers at least 21 years of age who are qualified to handle research materials.
4. Certificates of Analysis
Each lot is released with a Certificate of Analysis. Lot records may be verified on the Verify page. The buyer is responsible for stated storage conditions after delivery.
5. Shipping, returns, and liability
Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Returns follow the Refund and Returns Policy. Catalyst's total liability for an order shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
